International orders delivery rates are based on the weight of the items in your order.
How can I calculate the cost of delivery for my order?
Simply add the items you are interested in purchasing to your Shopping Cart and
continue 'Checkout'. On the checkout page, if the delivery service is available - the
price will be available in a drop down list in the 'Order Summary' box.
International orders will either be sent via Royal Mail International
Signed For (Priority Airmail) or via DPD courier, at our discretion.
International orders sent via Royal Mail can be tracked at www.royalmail.com up to
the point it leaves the UK. After this, you may be able to track your parcel further
using your national postal service's website (ie. United States Post Offce, Canada Post,
La Poste, Correos, etc) where facililties exist.
International orders sent via DPD courier can be tracked via www.dpd.co.uk. You will require your DPD Consignment number.
USA Orders can be tracked at www.usps.com AFTER the parcel has cleared through US customs. If there is
no tracking information but the parcel has left the UK, this usually means your parcel is going through US customs.
If you are expecting a delivery and have not yet recieved anything, please check your
tracking details in case of any problems or if you have missed an attempted delivery.
If you are not present to accept the delivery the carrier will leave a card with the details of
how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for a re-delivery. Please respond to this
card as soon as possible as your parcel will not be held for very long.
All non-EU destination orders may be subject to customs charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once
the package reaches its destination country. These charges and any additional charges for customs clearance must
be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs
policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
