MADCAP ENGLAND specialises in Mod and Retro clothing for men and women. Madcap is named after the Syd Barratt first solo album, 'Madcap Laughs' from 1970. Based in the UK, we were established in 2007, beginning with our Racing Jumpers and knitted polo cardigans
- something Madcap has become known for. We also design and make mens shirts, knitwear, jackets and jeans. We also have a limited range of Retro and Sixties style dresses for women.
Madcap England Clothing is worn by many Mod and Indie bands such as The Last Of The Troubdours, The Spitfires, The Draytones, Lois and
Sixties band The Overtures. On an international level bands such as Svensson (Norway), The Wurms (USA) and The Madd (Netherlands) all wear Madcap England.
Recently pop star, Olly Murs has been spotted wearing Madcap England too.
